Refund policy

All sales are final.

Every item is printed to order specifically for you, so we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size ordered, or any other reason. Please check the size guide before you order.

Damaged or misprinted items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we replace it free. Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item, and we will send a replacement at no cost to you. You do not need to ship the original back.

Wrong or missing orders

If we send the wrong item, or your order never arrives, contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date and we will make it right.

Cancellations

Items go into production quickly. We can cancel or change an order within 2 hours of it being placed. After that it is already being made and cannot be stopped.
